Rich + Denise

Dark clouds and fierce winds rolled in while Denise and her bridal party were getting ready for the wedding, but Denise remained peaceful and happy... she was getting married and that was all that mattered. All morning the storm loomed and threatened, and then blew over, leaving us with a beautiful, sunny afternoon to take pictures of this lovely couple! Mark and I really enjoyed taking Rich and Denise's wedding pictures - they are truly wonderful people and we wish them all the happiness in the world!

Brody + Heather: Prom!

Brody is my little cousin. I know he looks big in these pictures, but in my mind he's still the cute, little toddler with a curly mullet... not this handsome high school GRADUATE! Congratulations Bro - I'm so proud of you! And isn't his prom date, Heather, GORGEOUS?!?!

Tim + Julie

Mark and I met Tim and Julie moments before we started taking their wedding photos. We usually get to know our clients beforehand through consultations and engagement photo's, but this situation was different: they were stuck in the USA. They are both students at Dordt College in Iowa and were having trouble getting back into Canada for the wedding - they literally made it back just in time! "Smitten"

What better way to start a blog than with photo's of Walt and Betty's wedding? These two are so special - and loved by so many. They announced their wedding date a month prior to the wedding and with the help of their friends and family a beautiful evening was formed. I had so much fun taking their photo's - they are SO IN LOVE!

I love how easily he makes her laugh.

Betty has some pretty amazing friends who helped cook, bake, decorate, etc. They did an amazing job with this cake and these flowers!
